The Still Pointe: A Place of Awareness
When we speak of awareness in the context of the still pointe, we are referring to the conscious recognition of both our internal and external environments in their purest form. The still pointe exists beyond the surface-level noise of thoughts and emotions. It is the space where the conscious mind becomes aware of itself, without attachment to past experiences or future anxieties. It's an observation of what is—without judgment—a recognition that everything, including yourself and your surroundings, is already in motion and already complete in its essence.
In this place of awareness, there is a deep recognition that the mind can be aware of its own activity, yet not completely identified with it. You may witness thoughts arising and fading, but they do not overwhelm or define you. Instead, you become the observer, aware of both the thoughts and the gaps in between them.

Body
To access a deeper sense of spaciousness and freedom, we begin to dissolve our habitual rigidity. Day one we unpack a deeper understand into how to use the mind as tool towards freedom and peace, to be shared with your horse.
Without body awareness, we often ignore important signals from our body. Day two we lean into the biomechanics of the body will offer you a new depth of understanding of how and why your body works the way it does. You are more like your horse than you may think.
When we see ourselves clearly, we are more confident and more creative. Blending the MIND and BODY awareness into the SELF unleashes a creative landscape worth exploring. Day three we will blend it all together.
